All the wood in the house is a local species called Parota hence the name “Parota House. Skilled local carpenters and artisans have meticulously crafted all furniture, cantilevered stairs, doors, and slatted bifold exterior sliding doors on site using local wood. Expert mason artists have sculpted the bathrooms, bar, and kitchen from detailed concrete and plaster, infusing organic shapes and textures that bear the unmistakable mark of human craftsmanship. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. Bedroom 1 features one queen and one single bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, Bedroom 3 contains one queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers two queen beds and one single bed. Twin beds in the upper guestroom can be put together to make a king bed on request with a king-size feather topper so there is no seam between the beds.
