All 11 rooms on the third floor are dedicated to and designed with friends and partners from various creative fields. This particular loft is dedicated to Konrad Dengler, the hotel's handyman (since day one) and a good soul. We consider "Konni" a Bavarian original, who lived through all of Munich's high times in the 70s and 80s. That's why this room features some items that are typical for Konni: scenes from his favorite TV show ("Münchner Gschichten", Helmut Dietl) or a skateboard he helped create, back when the makers ran a bar/club named "edmoses". This room is a tweener, originally created for one, but sleeps two no problem. The bathroom features a rain shower (water drops from over 4m height) . Sleeps 1-2.

Additionally, every room displays exclusive illustrations and paintings by the young Berlin-based artist Maximilian Rödel. Three of the five penthouse studios on the top floor offer personal terrace access with a splendid view of the neighborhood. The other two studios face north, overlooking famous Fraunhoferstrasse.
