Food & Drink
The Blue Fox serves exquisite international cuisine with a gentle touch of local flavor and is the first restaurant in the country to take Georgian food to a new level. The restaurant’s courtyard, which faces the narrow, characterful Shavteli Street, is a perfect place for outdoor cocktail events. An outdoor terrace features a show-kitchen with a charcoal grill. A private wine collection is housed in a traditional ancient chimney in the cellar of the restaurant, with wines made from grapes picked in the owner’s vineyard and made in his winery.
Conference & Meetings
The restaurant’s lovely courtyard is a perfect place for outdoor gatherings. A co-working space features a large wooden table, comfortable sofas, and armchairs.
What's more
Celebrated contemporary Georgian street artist Musya Qeburia has illustrated a different character on the walls of each of the rooms, allowing guests to experience that character’s story, both online and off. The hotel also supports local businesses through popup events and by selling carpets showcased in each guestroom.
