Membership of Design Hotels™ follows an admission and selection process, whereby all applications are reviewed on a monthly basis. Applicants must complete the enclosed application form and submit all required information pertaining to the project. Once your initial application has been completed, an appointed director of design hotels will contact you for further fact-finding, include a potential site inspection. Design Hotels™ has established a ‘select’ committee, which assesses all applications and recommendations for membership. Application meetings always happen on or around the 29th of every month. Should the application be successful you will be presented with the membership solution for your property.
Membership of Design Hotels™ will include the following pointers, which you should carefully consider before proceeding:
Reservation & Distribution management services - exclusively through Design Hotels channels
Term of membership and licence agreement will be - minimum three years - payable in €
Governing Law and Jurisdiction Services - German Law
Trademark and Corporate Identity of Design Hotels™ on Property - membership plaque - use of logo - distribution of DIRECTIONS & Yearbook
